  • With a flaccid penis, stretch the head away from your body for 5-6 seconds with light/moderate force
  • Pull the head to the right and hold 5-6 seconds. You should feel pressure on the left side
  • Pull the head to the left and hold 5-6 seconds
  • Pull the head downward and hold 5-6 seconds
  • Pull the head upward and hold 5-6 seconds
  • Repeat the process 10-12 times

Circular Stretching

  • With a flaccid penis, stretch the head away from your body for 5-6 seconds with light/moderate force and release
  • Stretch the head away from your body for 5-6 seconds with light/moderate force – do not release
  • Pull the penis around in a circular fashion, counter clockwise.
  • Repeat 20 -30 times

V Stretch

  • Hold the head of your penis in your right hand in the OK grip
  • Stretch the penis away from the body
  • With your left thumb apply pressure to the top of the base of the shaft
  • Push the thumb towards the head, releasing when you reach it. This should not take more than 10 seconds
  • Push slowly back towards the base, again taking no more than 10 seconds. Release tension on the penis
  • Repeat 10 times
